Meet the team
Founder & Head Instructor
Javier began diving at the age of ten in the Caribbean. He studied Oceanography at the Universidad Católica de Valencia and took part in coral restoration internships in the Dominican Republic. As a PADI Instructor, he brings that understanding of the ocean into his diving.
Home waters: Bayahibe & Bávaro
PADI Instructor
Originally from Argentina and trained as an engineer, Paola discovered her passion for diving in the Dominican Republic in 2000. She completed her Divemaster training in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, and became a PADI Instructor in Utila, Honduras. Her calm, patient approach is especially welcoming to new and returning divers.

The idea is simple: dive trips with time for people and care for the ocean. That means personal conversations, a route that suits your experience and respect for the underwater world.
